Our annual survey results from the survey analysis are positive. We are really happy to learn that our patients would recommend us to friends and family.

We were so pleased that 97% of patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect, were able to effectively communicate with the practice, received a reminder and were made to feel welcome on arrival to the practice. We found that 96% of patients surveyed felt their treatment was adequate and they felt reassured by the dentist. 30% of patients surveyed say they were seen as an emergency patient. While this is high, this supports the need for continuous urgent dental care, we are pleased we are able to see so many patients in pain.

Overall patients told us they had a good experience with their care and treatments and with the way they were treated by our teams of reception staff, dental nurses and clinicians. Patients were made to feel welcome on arrival and found the cleanliness of the practice to be good.
